Hi! Welcome to Christina, RD.
I’m Christina, a registered dietitian/nutritionist living in MetroWest Massachusetts. I am passionate about using evidenced-based nutrition to help people achieve their best and healthiest lives through better relationships with food. As a working mom, I know how challenging it can be to find time to make changes to improve your life. And from over a decade of working one-on-one with those undergoing and who have completed cancer treatment, I have seen first-hand how misinformation and shame surrounding food and nutrition can sabotage even those with the best intentions. My goal is to work with you to create a personal nutrition plan that gives you the tools to live your best and healthiest life – whatever this may mean to you!
My Philosophy
Food is not just nutrients – it is a full experience! It is sharing traditions, it’s emotions, and it’s connecting with our friends and families. It’s also fueling your body with the optimal nutrients to live your best life. Sunday dinner with your family, ice cream cones on the beach during summer vacation, eating fresh-picked produce from your home garden, a home-cooked meal from a loved one when feeling ill… all of these are food but they’re also so much more. This is why I take an ‘all-foods-fit’ approach to nutrition. By ditching the all-or-nothing mindset, I help people find freedom with food again. Additionally, I believe nutrition plays an essential role in good health. By using evidenced-based strategies, I will work with you to create an individual plan to help manage and/or prevent many health conditions, all while feeling the joy with food again.
