FAQs
How are your nutrition counseling sessions conducted?
All counseling sessions are conducted online via a HIPAA-compliant, secure video conferencing platform.
I offer virtual nutrition counseling for individuals across Massachusetts and Rhode Island, making it easy to connect from the comfort of home or office at a time that works for your schedule.
What types of clients do you work with?
I work with adults ages 18 and older who want to improve their relationship with food, build sustainable habits, or are seeking for personalized support for managing their health through nutrition!
What kind of commitment is required?
There is no long-term commitment required to start.
After your initial consultation, I recommend ongoing follow-up sessions to support lasting results and sustainable habit changes, but you’re welcome to book appointments individually if that works best for you.
How much does this cost?
Fees vary based on the program selected and its duration. For detailed pricing and packages, please refer to our “Services” page or contact us directly for a tailored quote.
How do I get started?
Simply reach out via our “Contact” page to book a free 15-minute discovery call and consult to see if we’re a good fit.
Do you accept insurance for nutrition counseling?
At this time, I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield MA, Mass General Brigham, and Aetna. If you have those insurances, you may be able to work with me for minimal or zero cost to you!
My other clients choose to work with me as a self-pay provider and use the “superbill” I provide to request reimbursement directly from their insurance.
If you’re located in Massachusetts or Rhode Island and your plan includes out-of-network coverage for medical nutrition therapy (MNT), you may be eligible for partial or full reimbursement, but be sure to check with your insurance provider to confirm your benefits and coverage.
Please contact me directly if you have specific questions regarding insurance coverage.
